"I am writing this with complete frustration after wasting 3 hours and 40 minutes at the Vivo Service Centre, Noida Sector 2. This was not just bad service – it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and it has completely destroyed my trust in the Vivo brand. I visited regarding my charging cable. Engineer Sandeep informed me it was liquid damaged and not under warranty. I accepted this without argument. But after that, the behaviour of the staff was careless, unprofessional, and insulting. Instead of handling my case properly, the engineer sent my cable with some paper to another desk (Table No. 2). The lady at that desk was missing for 20 minutes. When she returned, she kept making me wait again and again – first 2 minutes, then 15 minutes, then 20 minutes more. Finally, she pretended she didn’t even know about my cable, while in reality it was lying under her table! Even after pointing it out, she wasted more of my time. Later, she passed me to another female staff member who was busy on a phone call. I was forced to wait 20 more minutes while she continued her personal call instead of attending to a customer. When she finally responded, her information was vague and misleading. She first told me all cables were the same, then when I reminded her that my Vivo V50 requires a 90W cable, she wasted even more time double-checking, only to finally admit – after hours of delay – that the required cable was not even available in the centre and had to be ordered. The staff showed zero respect for the customer’s time, no professionalism, and no sense of responsibility. Passing customers around from one table to another, making false promises of “2 minutes” again and again, keeping people waiting endlessly, and then giving no solution in the end is absolutely shameful. I wasted nearly 4 hours, received no resolution, and was treated with complete carelessness. For a first-time Vivo user, this experience was nothing less than harassment. If this is the standard of service Vivo provides, it is clear that the company does not care about its customers. This service centre has ruined my entire day and my impression of Vivo as a brand. Strict action must be taken against such unprofessional staff. Otherwise, Vivo will lose not just me but many more customers who face the same treatment."

"Indeed the place is good for service the staffs are very polite and do try to help the customer for there issues and since its vivo so yeah they do serve small snacks for the wait like tea coffee from machine with biscuit and candies are available but yes the service was a little bit slow maybe because of the crowd."
